These are all things that have been said to me since childhood.
They are also the distinct characteristics that make me me & allow me to do the deeply meaningful, transformative work with my clients.
You have a choice.
Either love the charactersistics and behaviors that make you you OR use them as reasons to feel bad & not enough.
The path to freedom (and a life you love) is the former.
What people say or think about you is none of your business. It has nothing to do with what you're capable of.
Maybe it's time to stop looking around, listening and feeling bad.
