She changed the furniture and the color of her cabinets. She changed the time of day she goes to the gym. She moved her office into her house and she started wearing exactly what she wanted. She's much more open and honest now in the way she conducts her business. No longer afraid to be honest about her thoughts and feelings.
She's worries much less about what people might think and the results have been nothing short of incredible.
These changes that felt scary in the beginning, now feel empowering and enjoyable. They've had a positive effect across the spectrum of her life.
This is not an exaggeration. This is in fact, just a small glimpse into some of how her life has improved. There's a whole lot more.
I know that it can feel risky at times to be your real self. I get nervous too sometimes and can end up holding myself back.
You will be your Real Self and some people won't get it. They might talk behind your back. They might judge you or label you or ask you to change. Some relationships will fall apart. I know the thought of this can feel pretty scary, but I really want you to hear the following:
Those things that aren't working the way you want, have more to do with your relationship with yourself than they do with anything else.
I witness this incredible transformation happen over and over again with my clients and myself. The more you align your choices with who you most want to be; the easier and richer your life becomes.
These changes might feel small or insignificant at first. You might change what time you workout or what you wear or the furniture in your house. You may be tempted to think that these kinds of changes don't matter, but they matter a lot.
Because every single time you align your choices, no matter how big or small, with who you really are and how you most want to feel, you harness the power required to create the lasting change you're looking for in your life.
You don't have to be more structured, or rigid, or productive or focused to reach your goals. You don't have to put more pressure on yourself.
Nothing holds more power to change the quality of your life than the relationship you have with yourself. And if you're hiding because you're scared what others might think of you, then you're going to seriously miss out.
Inevitably, as you re-shape your life, some things will feel like they're falling apart. But they are not. They are purposely moving aside to make room for the meaningful, prosperous life you deserve.
Please don't take my word for it. I hope you'll give yourself a chance to see for yourself.
If you have questions please feel free to ask. This is why I'm here.
