The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered...
"Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived,'"
The quality of your life has nothing to do with striving for money. It has nothing to do with what will happen in the future. It has nothing to do with what's happened in the past.
We don't fail because we never reached our goal. We fail because we never really gave ourselves a chance. We never really let ourselves be who we most want to be.
Everything I've learned about real change has everything to do with loving your choices right now.
If you don't love what you're saying yes to today; you probably won't love what's going to happen as a result.
If you have questions, please ask. This is why I'm here.
