In response to my post yesterday, about the ability you have to access your power simply by making the decision to do so, (you can click here to read the post), I received the following response from a friend and colleague.
She shared this,
"This is a thermodynamic mathematical concept I just learned about called enthalpy - the energy to do a thing only becomes available the moment you decide to do it- so cool!
I wanted to forward her message on to you as another point of reference and inspiration as you make your may towards achieving those things that hold great meaning for you.
Sometimes we have yet to receive the help, the money, the love, the weight loss, the 'thing' we're wanting most, simply because we have yet to make the decision to fully commit; we have yet to 'do the work' of allowing ourselves to truly feel worthy of said thing.
Framed another way, Johann Goethe says this, 'Be bold and mighty forces will come to your aid.'
In other words, be bold first. Declare it. Own it. Decide and commit. This is how you summon both the expansiveness of your own power and the power of the Universe at large to deliver you the energy required to know success.
Napoleon Hill in his Bestselling book, Think and Grow Rich says, you must fix it in your mind, you must reach a definite decision about that which you desire to have, leaving no room to retreat, no room to consider failure, in order that you shall succeed.
Of course the key concept I want you to be most aware off in all of this is the concept of deserving.
It's nearly impossible to ask ourselves to make new decisions, decisions that hold the power to shift the quality of our life in a powerful and meaningful way while holding onto our story of 'not good enough.'
The reason it's so challenging to sustain real change and truly break habits that we know are keeping us stuck, is because we have yet to feel worthy of what might happen to our life if we actually moved beyond this habit for good.
The Law of Worthiness (that few people know about or teach) goes like this - the energy to do a thing only becomes available the moment you decide you are worthy.
It's the worthiness factor, that determines everything.
