Tony Robbins has been studying human behavior for at least 39 years and says, "most people settle."
Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "most men lead lives of quiet desperation."
I have a Master's Degree in Social Work and have been studying human behavior for probably the same amount of time as Tony Robbins and would agree with him completely. Most people settle. Most people suffer through. Most people go along with the crowd, the culture, their community, the status quo.
Most people don't feel capable, empowered, or worthy enough to truly free themselves.
If you want to see how great your life can truly be; don't be like most people. There's little value to be found in being like everyone else.
Think On This
After reading this, in what way are you longing to break free?
What's one move you can make this week to start to make that happen?
Sometimes power moves are very action oriented like leaving a relationship that no longer serves you or getting more help with the kids so you can free yourself to do more of what you love. And sometimes your most powerful moves is a shift in the way we've been thinking about things. It's typically the mindset shift that gives us the power to change everything else.
