Use it all woman. The discouragement, the anxiety, the uncertainty, the pain. The passion, the determination, the longing, the faith. The triumphs, the setbacks, the darkness and the light.
Everything that happens to you is an opportunity to live more.
You can respond accordingly or keep yourself small. You can rise to the calling of your deepest longing or you can hold yourself back and fail to ever know what could have been.
On this very day 13 years ago nearly 3,000 people lost their life. They began their day in an ordinary way and then something extraordinarily tragic happened. Whatever hopes and dreams and desires and longing they had for this life were gone.
But you are here. And your life exists. And you have the extraordinary opportunity right now to decide to see everything that happens as a chance: to wake up, rise up and live more.
Because the way I see it, the greatest tragedy is not death, it's an un-lived life.
The most powerful way I know to honor of those who lost their life is to summon up the courage to be your greatest self.
