Sometimes is just too easy to see what's going wrong, or feeling hard or keeping you down.
But focusing on what's working; doesn't that seem like a more helpful way to go woman? Yeah....I think so too.
And while we're on the subject, doesn't it seem a little backwards that it's easier to be hard on ourselves than it is to feel good?
Hmmmm........there's a worthiness story in there somewhere woman. And you might want to start getting to the bottom of what it's all about.
Because if you see the bad more often than the good, if you're hard on yourself more often than loving,
well then...what the heck are you saying to yourself about how worthy you really are feeling happy, and fulfilled and good?
